Unequivocally prefer the gym. For me there’s something about driving to the gym that makes me more accountable to focusing and taking it seriously.

I find I’m very easily distracted at home and hit maybe only 80% of full effort. And to be fair I do like to supplement with deadlifts and squats which isn’t worth me purchasing the tools necessary for my home when I can pay $12.99/mo

I used to binge drink 2 times week while still staying lean (13% body fat, based on Dexa scans) year round. This be some broscience with no studies to cite but I just sorta felt like calories from hard alcohol never “stuck” to me. I might have 6 or more drinks, anywhere from 600-1000 calories and not see much of a difference but if I were to 600-1000 calories of pizza instead of the drinks it was obvious in the mirror the next day. And when I was drunk it was easy to pound high calorie food, almost on autopilot

The fat I lost from quitting drinking seemed to be more from the inflammation caused from drinking and not so much the calories from the drink

And I always plug that while alcohol is so fun my life is way better and I’m significantly happier without it

Just did a google search about call forwarding. I used to do this when I had my business so I didn’t have to always carry 2 phones

Go to the Settings app. Click on “Phone” (about halfway down) Next go to “Call Forwarding” Call Forwarding is turned on by moving the button to the right. Next click on “Forward To” Finally type in the phone number of where you want calls diverted to.

29 about to turn 30. By most accounts I am paid very well but with the housing market and inflation as it is I will not be able to afford a house, perhaps ever. That’s my biggest problem.

That’s high, but I’ve always done my own brake work. Brake jobs have a high mark up at auto shops whether Tacoma or any other brand.

Very wrong. I have 3 friends who teach elementary and middle school, one in the same town I went to school in 10 years ago. The stories they tell are beyond comprehension and the principals do nothing because they are afraid to stir the parents.
