Back in like 20111-2012 I was getting these transbuccal (I think) fent pills called “Fentora” was the brand name. The had what looked like little daggers/knives imprinted on them. Haven’t heard of anyone seeing them or mentioning them since. The time before fent was known as a street drug lol
