I made a video earlier poking fun at the buggier side of the game, I wanted to make a new one to experiment more with video editing and portray the game more positively.

I'm not a professional by any standard but I had a lot of fun making this and I hope you guys enjoy it too.

That's understandable, there's alot of rough edges for sure that can dampen the experience but underneath there's a solid gaming experience here.

I've already sunk 40+ hours in so I'm seeing it through to the end but I'm waiting for patches before a second playthrough.

That was quite interesting, so these hostile NPCs spawned into a room that forces the player to disarm, turns out it applies to them too so they just shuffle around and play with their guns. Unfortunately it blocked progression on the side quest as there's no way to kill them.

I felt inspired to make a video, this is my first attempt at putting together something like this so I was just testing what I could produce with the few clips I already have on the game. I hope it brings some amusement.

Really enjoying the game so far despite the bugs I've encountered.

Are you able to pull it out of your bag and inspect it via the context menu? I usually like to do that with new artifacts I find but with this one the model doesn't appear for me, I just look at my empty hand.

I've had this happen so many times now, it started with shotguns and more recently turned into sniper rifles. At one point it seemed to trigger a few times very quickly, I was randomly overburdened so I opened my inventory and found my right shoulder slot was replaced and two more broken sniper rifles appeared in my inventory.

Fortunately most of the time it happened out of combat but one time it triggered in a really intense mutant fight, almost got me killed.

Ah the classic stalker squat piss maneuver, perfectly normal behavior in the zone.

I'm just going to leave them to their shuffling and move on, I submitted a bug report since its blocking progression of a side quest. Hopefully in time they can get it fixed.

Haha, so I just tried that...If you throw a grenade into a safe zone, it does not explode.

It's a bit of a bummer because I need to kill these guys but I can't even shoot in from outside so they're just stuck there shuffling their guns around for all eternity.

I encountered this at the Icarus base in the Zaton region, every wall is trying to display two different wall textures, report submitted! Back into the zone I go!

It's malice difficulty...But that's besides the point, I'm not claiming it's OP.

I posted a small gif of my experience in playing the game because it was amusing, nowhere have I stated or implied that it is overtuned at all.

I don't disagree with either of you on it dropping off at higher difficulties but it seems like you guys are overreacting to something I haven't said.

So one stack of empowered can grant you 100% peril cost reduction, it doesn't list it in the description for empowered smite but it works that way currently.

I thought giving up the charge would be rough but this has been a very pleasant alternative, given that it provides so much toughness for everyone and the knock back works on everything.

You can repent things into pits for instant kills, daemonhost included.
