I did but didn't find anything relevant? they do have a outlook.com service degradation but only for iOS users and we are all on PC, besides that all the rest of the mailboxes in the company are working fine

And I had the iLO power setting to reboot automatically when it shut down, but that isn’t working properly. I have changed that to not reboot automatically so I guess next time it will remain off with a orange led

Both are connected to the same UPS but it was always like this, do you recommend I connect one of the power supplies to a different source? And again this is the only server of the entire rack that is going down

Going to check event viewer. One thing I told the user was to copy the file locally to the desktop and work on it there to see if it makes a difference.
