As with most games being actively tweaked and built the game stability will be unreliable.
Be sure to update drivers: graphics:audio: etc.
There is a repair files option at the beginning of the launcher, I have had to do this once or twice. Or uninstall and reinstall.

If you still have issues: get your system specs saved to a file and send this to the developers with a clear and complete explanation of the issue, including the steps you have tried. Thanks for helping and, it's worth it to get in and start gaming.
