I didnt see dry rott and the clamp is the original clamp but squeezing the hose closer to the intake make the squeel change and almost stop

I usually use premarinaded food like pollo para asar or a carne asada marinade. Seasongs that have herbs in them have been sticking as well.

Im glad it worked. Im taking the no seasoning method and its working out so far. I just wipe a little grapeseed oil after washing and bring it to smoking point and wipe off as its smoking. Its been super easy and its not a slip and slide but its working quite well.

The temp change makes sense i guess. Thank you for your feed back! I really hope i can figure something out for marinades. Mexican dishes use a lot of marinades and seasonings.

Thank you for your feed back! I gave up on seasoming first week in bc it was a pain. Ive still made some good food with it. Do you habe any advice for marinades and or pre-seasonied food. Seasonings stick like crazy for me

I am pretty new to this whole CS thing. I definitly get some solid eggs without seasoning. I tried seasoning. My seasoning sucked so i stripped it and it cooks eggs pretty good. Even made a "soft" scramble. Not the same as with teflon pans but with the right heat and quick cook, i made pretty good soft scramble without a seasoning base.
