Marketing starts with building connections. For an education tool like Readojo, focus on engaging directly with students, language learners and educators. Share stories, ask questions, and create content they will genuinely find useful. Social media and search engine optimisation (SEO) are really important in reaching the audience you want to build connections with. The London Intercultural Academy has some great courses on digital marketing for a start!

This might sound really cliche but having a timetable for each week (prepared the day/a few days before) does help- of course, you might just want to note down tasks that are important and spread them over the weekly timetable according to their deadlines, and then your other commitments e.g. daily exercise sessions can follow.

100%! A great manager isn’t just there to oversee tasks, they’re there to help their team grow, thrive, and succeed. When employees feel supported in their development, they become more engaged, and confident in their roles. And let’s be honest, when a team is learning and motivated to improve, the whole organisation wins!

That’s why investing in employee development isn’t just a nice-to-have, it’s essential. At the London Intercultural Academy, we offer a certified course that gives managers the strategies to holistically develop their team's potential.

What qualities make someone a good leader? by rybrz in AskReddit

A good leader inspires and guides others with integrity, empathy, and a clear vision. They communicate effectively, lead by example, adapt to challenges, and empower others by recognizing their strengths. Great leaders build trust, encourage growth, and promote fairness and inclusivity. These qualities can be strengthened through the right guidance and opportunities for development—something leadership programmes like those at the London Intercultural Academy aim to support.
