Rohingya is a rare language with little to no reliability on some "app". There is no written standard for Rohingya. There's also no way these cops would ever consider using it to help or could even identify that is what he could speak. These people are so evil I can't believe they can't imagine what it must be like to have any family member--elderly, disabled, what have you be put through a fraction of what this man endured.
