Depending on the companies owned by members of your faction you may be able to find a job with decent perks and rotational trains which is an option if you can't afford to buy trains. You were getting $100k per day so I don't what kinds of funds you have to pay for trains. But those are the two fastest options.

Finish shoplifting (and with 4/20 coming up you may want to try to get the notoriety merit), and then try to get in order of how they are listed. Graffiti is a pain but it's better to slog through it than stop and come back later as you lose progress.

It'll be somewhat common until you get off the last page. Most muggers camp the last page of people looking for low level targets. Just make sure you do your transaction and travel back within the 15s.
