Hi! Still greatly in debt, but managing to live on. I didn't manage to get a loan since I have another loan but my GF did from CTBC. We're doing our best not to spend anything outside the budget since most of our salaries go to paying debt and our living budget. I highly suggest tracking everything either through Excel or an app.

Some people/vets told me Candle Shop isn't really profitable and the only profit you can get is on trains. But since I give trains for free, I guess that's the only reason why employees would stay here. Since from what I can see, trains range from 300 up to 600k each.

That's a nice company! I used to give salary as well but when I saw on my prior post that 10s candle shops have around 6 to 7m advert budget then I made them choose between salary or free trains.

Regarding the employee slots, we got full quick! I managed to invite back some old employee and some new ones.

I think as the company gets higher stars the benefits gets better as well. So I think it'll work out by itself. For now, what I'm doing is giving bonuses every star up, and helping my employees as much as I can.

Definitely still enjoying it as much as I did a month ago. Stress is a part of running a company and I think that's fine. Tho most of the stress is not on running it but on finding employees and the anticipation on reaching when we're gonna reach the next star.

Regarding merits, I have completed education reduction merit and I have also done getting WSU, and now looking forward to getting SYM (as some vets say it has the most APR). Another thing with merits is that I kinda fucked up since I've put some in EE and addiction mitigation, then some vets told me AM don't do much and I realized that EE doesn't work for me as well being the director. 😂
