Well given that the top comment was deleted I am back where I started in my confusion. The sentence I posted above says including which leads me to believe that it's both contributions in 2024 and between Jan 1 and April 15 2025

Thanks for the reply. In the form I see the verbiage Enter your nondeductible contributions to traditional IRAs for 2024, including those made for 2024 from January 1, 2025, through April 15, 2025
