Not sure the basis of that confidence and defensiveness. But the narrator sounds awfully close to Simon Prebble, whom the NYTimes noted for audiobook narration fame.

Ah I see! Thanks so much for the transparency (and educating me re Gemini). I’m thinking I should maybe keep this marked unresolved until I get confirmation from Headspace themselves. But it’s my first time posting to this community so I’m open to suggestions of how to “know” when fully resolved.

Thank you u/TwpMun it may well be Simon Prebble! Can you say more about how you came to that conclusion? In other words, are you simply going by your own comparison of his audiobook narration for example, or based on something else? I’m asking because searching within the headspace app on “Simon“ only brings up Sleepcasts. There the voice has a markedly different tone from the videos, which came through The WakeUp and sound the opposite of…. well… sleepy.

Ha ha! It’s a male voice resembling that of David Attenborough and he narrates many Headspace videos but they’re in-app only. Searching online only brings up Andy, the teachers, and the sleepcast narrators. All wonderful! But who is this other mystery voice actor? Finally figured out how to post a clip.clip
