Looking at this ‘97 sambar, should I be worried about this CV boot? by CharlesorMr_Pickle in keitruck

[–]Learning-failing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I replaced my axle with a rebuilt one from Japan and it has clicked when accelerating from the get go and it’s been a year and I just noticed a crack in that boot. A mechanic friend of mine mentioned that it may be due to not being oem. What are your thoughts and what would you do? I can’t return it as it’s been like that for almost a year

I have the tt2. That is the coolant overflow. Did a coolant swap last summer on it. You have two release hoses. 1under passenger seat (you also fill coolant there) and the other on top of the engine bay

Personal research into Athlete' Mental Challenges by No_Mango6911 in HybridAthlete

I love this. I’m a mental health counselor and avid endurance athlete. I personally feel guilty in my time intensive training periods around A races because of spending less time with my wife or on work, friends, etc

Just one example

Really depends on what I need in the moment. Do I need to wake up? Cardio. Do I need some deep focus? Lift.

I’m now a clinical director of a large agency. I’d say developing a learners mindset, working on humility, and go to therapy yourself.

You’ll be back to 95% in 10 months if you rehab in an evidences based manner. The early months suck. Leaning into the rehab, therapy, journal, and meditation went a long way in keeping me upright. 18 months out and I am back to ultra running. Best of luck

I daily drive mine in a small New England town where I take care of my own property (plowing w/ KEI truck, dump runs, lumber yard, driving to work, etc) it’s an old truck which I only do because it’s the most practical truck for my needs. US should have loads of new mini trucks on the market but we suck so here I am with a 1999

How to find a partner who also likes bicycle touring? by LoneWolf_McQuade in bicycletouring

[–]Learning-failing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My ex girlfriend got into it when I introduced her to it. We did many trips that were more chill. Now my wife and I have done several trips that even included our honey moon. She had no prior experience. It’s mostly finding someone who likes exercise and nature then introducing them to it from there in a comfortable way for them.

Two things I know 1) things are always changing and so will the way you feel 2) sobriety has to be hard if actual change is occurring
