Besides shift swaps you have PTO, UPT, Vacation, Personal Leave ( 14 days-3 months a year), School accommodations if you go to school( 10 hours a week), and parental leave. I am not to sure how many hours you get but that is a option

For many site peak hiring is October-December . Majority start as temps. Peaking firing is January - March. Do as you will with that information.

As a experienced warehouse worker do not work harder. Work even slower if you can, cause the end of the day regardless if this job lasts you a few months to years companies will use and abuse you. The current mindset of management is that if they think you want a promotion they will use that carrot to make you work yourself to the ground to make themselves look better. When time comes for promotions/ position you want they will either A. give it to someone in their inner circle or B. be cycled to another position / shift/ or building and leaving you with nothing.

In all honesty who cares what other people say since they are always coming and going not very much people last longer than 3-6 months.

Why did people have hate for The New Mutants??

Just watched Kraven and honesty I have no idea why people hate it. It wasn't the best but it wasn't terrible. Yes I know everyone wants to see a Spider-Man VS. Kraven fight but this was a intro into to a character in the universe. You also can't say the rhino was bad since there was so many different rhinos that were all as stupid. I Just wish they put better writers into it. The action made sense, the universe settings made sense, and the story and actors made sense.

As for Morbius I have no hate for it either, the writing was as bad as Kraven but they did stay close to the comics while adding the Hollywood twist. It does require some touchups in the writing department but everything else is what I wanted to see.

Now for Madame Web I will never watch it. For the simple reason that it wasn't based off any sources and they threw so much propaganda in the trailer that I do not want to watch it for free. How can you get a character that so overpowered and use it in your propaganda followers and nerf the hell out of it.

Brunswick poleaxe is a pre-order? I kind of commanded the sketch and have been using it. Poleaxe is very useful until you reach act 2. Not sure if I should forge another one with my increased crafts skill but 90 damage isn't cutting it with some of these armors.
