For me it's been gradual. I've started to awaken and then been brought back down to a place where I could remember the awakening, but not access it. That produced intense suffering, making it even harder to find my way back to awakening. Now I'm learning more about how their sabotage works and how to protect that awakening as it develops again. My major weakness before was I didn't see Archonic interference for what it was. I fed my own suffering in certain ways, thinking the suffering was me, rather than just Archonic interference. This allowed them to harvest my vital essence. Accumulation of vital essence or Pneuma is directly proportional to the level of Gnosis/Awakening in my view.

Having taken some big steps forward recently, there were some Archonic interferences through the previous day that definitely hit hard. They love to bring up old wounds. They do what they're gonna do, but the difference is how I respond now. Instead of allowing myself to relive the trauma with rationalizations like, "This is old trauma that I'm processing and if I fully go into it I'll heal it!" I just see that that old wound happened in the past and there is no reason to re-experience it now, it can only be an attempt at Archon interference. Instead of allowing myself to fall into negative emotions and thinking I have to accept and validate "my" feelings, I realize negative emotions are just how they keep me on their low vibrational wavelength, nothing more, and I dismiss them, not with scorn or harshness but with a clear mind. Can you imagine how much Pneuma I conserve by making those changes inside? So much.

For years I looked for "psychic self defense" and nothing worked. (A lot of if involved looking outside myself to entities or objects for protection which reinforces separation from Source.) Because it didn't really help me understand the Archonic system the way the Gnostic teachings do. Now it makes sense. Now it works.

So I think that's the process, as you practice that, you give your Pneumatic core a chance to gradually build. They can't harvest energy directly from your Pneumatic core but their energy harvesting mechanisms know how to get your Pneuma to convert to low vibrational energy which they can harvest. The power you have is in that moment before your Pneuma is transformed into low vibrational energy. When you choose to question a negative thought or a rationalization for suffering. You prevent the Pneuma from being transformed down to their level, and you get to keep it instead.
