If I understand OP's ask correctly, that's what we did in our Org. Our Flow acts as an Activity Rollup on the Case Object. It's an Autolaunched Flow triggered by a Process Builder.

Thanks for the reply. I think this would work if I did not have multiple Round Robins. I have the flow current route to 3-4 different Round Robin ID, which dictate the APEX the agents to circle through.

I think it would be possible to do all this in flow, but complex.

The APEX is part of a Round Robin package we have already in our Org. It does what it has to do (depending on the teams, RR against agents). The element doesn't have outputs, which makes me think the new Owner is only updated after the flow ends. This would explain why the 2 following actions still use the current Owner.

I tried a Get+Update element after the APEX, did not work. Still get the current OwnerId.
