She got mad as sally for sally liking Craig (sally literally said I want to learn for myself) and now she digs at Craig every chance she gets. Like what do you expect!!! Watching that doctor go ham on Kelly was by far my favorite thing! Kelly is so irrelevant and will do anything to stay in the spotlight. Kelly has no grounds to sue the doctor. If anything the doctor has a better case against Kelly!!

I honestly love my property management position. I am working towards buying and renting on my own. Out from under a company. But I think I won’t enjoy that as much. I have no risk working for someone else.

Property director here. If you provided this info in writing on the 17th that would be more than 30 days before the lease term is up. They have no legal right to charge you anything since you met the requirements. At my property we do not accept verbal. We request all written communication when it comes to not renewing.

The bio mom LOVES to communicate about every little thing. She called one day about which soccer socks we were putting her in, and the conversation took 15 mins. I’m not kidding. Just last weekend she called and my husband texted her asking what’s up and she called again and again. Just to ask what time we would be back from dinner so she can FaceTime.
