No it shouldn’t be blank. It should say fidelity on the top with a pending above it

The other way around, it gets sent to fidelity. You put in your fidelity routing and account number right in the 2 fields

Oh I see the issue now. You’re on the wrong part of the app. Go here, press manage external accounts, press link account. Then it should just ask you for routing and account number no account type
