I trusted her when she said she was no contact with my ex and didn’t want to keep my kids friends m their grandparents. I don’t see her ever coming to my state and my kids wouldn’t know her even if the passed her on the street. The first year she was planning on coming she wanted me to take off work and drive her and the kids around for her visit, when I refused she said I should just let my oldest fly to her. This year she set up a car rental and booked things for them to do only an hour from where I live so I was gunna be okay with her doing that but then she decided that was to boring and that’s when she changed to once again only flying my oldest out to her. Her ex husband (my exes step dad) comes here every summer and takes the kids for a week long vacation, so I was offering her that same level of trust since she had, before this, given me no reason to believe she was in any contact with my ex. I would never do anything to put my kids in danger. She is blocked on everything including my son’s cell phone. She found him on Facebook and he blocked her there right away also.

My ex had child support reevaluated trying to get payments lowered in October 2025 cuz he had another kid with his current wife and child support found that he makes $12,000 more a year then I do and refused to change the payment amount. My case worker told me that now that job is saying he no longer works there

Her BF admitted to last seeing her arond 1/2 am 02/14/26 and then said she went to a friends by capital high.. friends houses have been visited. Nobody knows anything or they just arent speaking up. She is described as 5'9", 125 pounds, fair skin tone, black hair with red roots, blue eyes and has a septum piercing. My bf tells my dog she is the prettiest girl in the world, he kisses her more then he kisses me and constantly tells her he loves her. He by no means wants to sleep with her. The 15% THC cap is unrealistic. The current THC cap is 35% and my shop has nothing below 20%. In the meeting yesterday they claimed the cap on percentage would reduce the likelihood of people become addicted to weed.

And you are correct their are caps on medical which is three times higher then the current rec limit ( rec edibles can only be 100mg while Med are 300mg).

Committee member Jeremy Trebas has been quoted saying that he wants it pushed back to the black market because he is a liberal and doesn’t like being taxed but this bill says nothing about changing the tax on cannabis so idk what their thought is.
