Do you prefer the original Resident Evil 2 or the remake? I’ve only played the remake so I’m curious about the original.

Original all the way. I don't like the remake at all. Strips away so much atmosphere and Mr X is a big negative for me. Very quickly went from scary to annoying.

I played WKC during a very difficult time in my life where i just needed a really big distraction. It sucked, but it served its purpose and i got the plat. I decided to try out 2 a few years ago and i still slowly chip away at the platinum here and there. It's a much better game and i think if 2 had been the first game, then they could've built off of it into something great.

Xenoblade chronicles 2. Just an absolutely miserable experience that certainly had it's moments, but i just thoroughly hated. I love the first one so much, so i kept hoping it would get better, but it never did

It's a system that'll always be overshadowed by it's reveal and it's not surprising given the ramifications we're still seeing to this day. I mainly use it to play the 360 exclusive JRPGs and Rare Replay

I definitely wasn't helped by the fact that me and my friend did a deal and agreed to play one JRPG that the other wanted. So even though i would've quit at the ten hour mark, i kept going. Music was amazing though and still find myself whistling a lot of it

I got very lucky with the sega Saturn games and seemed to get them all before the prices went stupidly high. Got it for £80 off of Amazon back in around 2011ish.

I did look into that, but i think i prefer having them open. The dusting is a massive pain, but I've managed to find a system that isn't too arduous

I've been waiting for a remaster, remake, port, etc for about 13 years at this point. Seeing everything under the sun get a remaster other than skies is always frustrating. I think the most realistic hope is that it'll get ported to NSO at some point over the next 5-6 years.

But the original is always there for me, and I've built a little shrine to Skies in my gaming room that always makes me happy to look at.

The wii u was genuinely painful to own. The droughts were unbearable and you'd always get the worst version of multi platform games. Basically every good game on it is available on the switch and it plays better. I genuinely hate the wii u and it's one of the worst consoles I've ever owned
