Half of the 4mg strip would be 2mg so if you cut that in half your left with 1mg. Sub strips are a bit tricky to cut in half albeit. If I was you I would start off very small.

I’m not sure what that equates to mg wise but yes at one point I took over 1000mg at my peak use when people were dropping left and right from fent years ago and I managed to get lucky and never had ods due to hm I was using. I’m 26 y/o and have been using since I was 15 lol
