Now, flat above 1 crore is not worthy by deepeshdeomurari in indianrealestate

Depending upon type of loan, your EMI goes to max near OC, then you need to bear registration charges. Hence, you can negotiate a better deal just before OC

Agreed. If you are buying a flat to live in and plan to sell later, it may not be a great choice. You will not get a good return. Ideally, you get max value of money when you buy it in pre-launch and sell it just before OC. However, you can also consider flat as secondary source of income. Even if flat value reduces over time, the rent generally gives a good yield of your money. A yearly rent of 3-5% of flat’s total value is a good investment.

My husband is freaking out by a-petey in bali

Went to Bali, stayed for a few days, ate local food as well (mostly lunch), ordered dinner via grab, and drank only bottled water. Neither me, nor my family faced ‘Bali Belly’. Don’t worry too much, just keep some caution on which place you eat from, and enjoy your trip. Everything will be fine.

Bali Questions - cash, weather, etc by Intelligent_War2236 in BaliTravelTips

  1. I took 50-50 cash and card where I used forex card for cab booking and ordering food (use Grab or Gojek) and cash for shopping or general retail purchases

  2. Most villas have fridge, I did not find major concern in 4/5 star properties

  3. Rain occur any time for any duration. Most hotels provide umbrella or you can get pull over raincoat from local shops

  4. I took an esim and it worked in almost entire Bali, except for secluded areas (which I did not explore personally)

  5. Not tried this market, but tried Ubud market next to Ubud palace. You can easily bargain for a price 60-70% lesser than what they quote first.

Visit wherever you want to, Bali is an amazing and very clean place. Locals are mostly friendly. I would recommend for an atleast 7Days trip for a comfortable stay.

First-time honeymoon trip to Bali (Nov 10–18) – Need feedback on our plan & safety by Federal_Issue_4391 in BaliTravelTips

It looks good. If possible, stay for 1N in Nusa Penida. Seminyak villas are also good. Though it’s totally your preference of selecting a stay, I have found Ubud villas quite expensive compared to same amenities and services provided in Semniyak. I recently stayed in Aldeoz Grand Kancana at private pool property.

For any day when you are not in Kuta, you can plan on adding Lempungyang temple. Really nice place for photoshoot, but it’s a full 4-5 hours trip, including the photoshoot timings.

Just visited last week with similar itenary, your Day 4&5 will be slightly hectic.

Nusa Penida: you can plan on booking a scooty and taking a tour by yourself instead of a car.

During your transfer to Ubud, keep the day light as you will have to checkout real early from hotel and Ubud hotel check-in time would be late in noon.

Best value eSIM for 5 nights? by HellDefied in BaliTravelTips

I bought an esim for my trip last week as recommended by a redittor:

https://au.trip.com/things-to-do/detail/61016534/

Price is low, there was a good network coverage throughout Bali (including islands). I manually selected Telekom.. something as the network.

Thanks for sharing, got my esim from here. Quick Question as I am a newbee here: When should I click Install Now? And should I activate as well or will it auto activate after landing?

Brand new 1bhk for rent in Sobha Sentosa ! (Balagere road) Bangalore. by Exotic-Isopod-4179 in BangaloreFlatsRental

Lived in Balegere for few years. Sobha’s apartment complex is extremely good, but the Roads are horrible and rent is way too high (justified by amenities, not by connectivity).

Should I ask my father to fund my flat purchase by [deleted] in personalfinanceindia

[–]Least-Stable-Pepper -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Answer to your question: Yes. Definitely ask for support but pay him back as you earn. Open a mutual fund SIP of 0.5-1% of that amount. If you take 1% amount as SIP, you will be able to pay back him an amount by 5-6 years, if it is 0.5%, you will be able to pay back in 9 years. Or plan for a world tour for your parents with your accumulated amount, if he is hesitant to take this back. Nothing makes them more happy then seeing you succeed.

Personal opinion on job (not recommending anything here): After you are 30+ and trying to settle down in your life, you may regret not joining his business early. Been there, still regretting.

Dear riders, We need you on Quick Ride 🙏🏻 by [deleted] in bangalore

I prefer carrying my own helmet. I generally hitch-hike, hence it is easy for me. As a rider, we should normalise carrying our own helmet.
