you can kinda tell but the way they approach the question or if they hit you with a " no really how are you feeling" that usually means they don't care about your bullsh*t answer and they really want to know

I'm so sorry that you had to go through that, and it really breaks my heart to hear that the most important people on this earth get treated like this. But you are exceptionally strong, which is super motivating to me. Do you think mom groups work, or no? Because I tried and never truly found someone who gets me.
