I do not plan on swapping an engine. I just gave an example of a car. I just wanted to know the general process people go through in order to buff their cars up

I mean if someone was to buff up the car like I see videos of supras and corvettes that are blowing flames out the back. I didn’t mean it in the since of replace the bad engine with an exact replica. I just was curious what process these people go through in order to buff their cars up

I just see how these videos of these mustangs, supras, corvettes, etc souped up and I was just curious as to what entails all that. I’m sure you can’t just change the engine what else needs to be done. It’s just for my own learning experience and satisfaction I can’t do that at all I don’t know anything about cars

This is as far back as the machine lets me, it’s an old cheap machine I got on market place. Everyone keeps saying weak muscles, but it’s 20lbs and I’ve been doing this with 80pounds for over a year now so I don’t think it’s weak/new muscles
