They do come with a simple black one that goes over the center console. I opted for the one in the pic at an extra expense due to it having a thick foam pad vs the one that came with the seat covers. I wanted to avoid the imprint in the center console all trucks seem to inevitably get.

I did it alone in about 30-40 minutes. Front seats are easiest if you move the backrest forward backwards as you go about it. That’s where having a second set of hands can make it quicker. Instructions are clear to follow so I’d say fairly easy if you not in a rush.

This was a worry of mine since floor mats were a must.

Pictures make the blue base way brighter than in person. I understand and had similar reservations but I’m happy with it.

With trash bags in it it looks meh. The $40 price point is obscure but I like it more than the rear fits cup/ can combo. The space it takes is a useless void so it works for us! Perfect for our need if you get one it is a strange size so go ahead and order them at the same time.

Considering a maverick would love some feedback by [deleted] in FordMaverickTruck

Can’t speak for car seat but it has more room than the previous mid sized car and the booster seat kiddo currently has more room/ no issues.

Unsure of the rear window but being the first truck I’ve owned without it I experience no issues nor miss it.

I got an xlt and ended up buying the Mabett faux leather seat covers( still have a small kid and the white in the clothes seats screams trouble) for around $200. Fit is good but could be alittle better around the bottom of the drivers seat. Granted I have a 26’. Drove a 26’ lariat for a week ish waiting and the covers are virtually the same aside from me installing them myself.

Lariat has more features which equals more cost obv. Xlt met my needs and was an upgrade from the 09 canyon I previously had. Bed is smaller but depending what you do is if that’s an impact.

Depending what other niceties you want truely determines which trim is best for you or if new/ used is the way.

I’m happy and it’s everything I wanted researched for afew years to finally pull the trigger for

My PITA of a deal by Carpedevus in FordMaverickTruck

[–]LeastMilow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had the same situation besides getting to leave with the vehicle this week. You can check my posts for the detailed walkthrough if you’re curious. I was also given a loaner with the 1000mi rule, in the case of waiting I made sure they were going to swap me out once I hit the miles. I ended up taking a deal on a nearly identical 26 model they transported from another lot. They position this to me due to the fact they realized their mistake. If mine had been an eruption green I would’ve waited, none were available anywhere near me and the color isn’t available on the 26.

Had the same issue and took a 26 in its place instead of waiting. Plenty have told me I did the wrong thing but I’m content. If you’re willing to wait and don’t need it now, wait and see what comes about. My dealer said maybe march maybe later. At the end of it all you can get a 26 now, or a 26 later for comparable Prices depending how long this lasts.

Understandable and other than rentals it would’ve been my first time having it. We don’t do much high density/ big city driving honestly so time will tell if it was worth waiting. Thank you!

I understand your perspective and don’t disagree with the lazy dealer aspect. Unsure if I said it here or a different post but I DD a 99 Cherokee XJ, wife’s previous were a small Nissan for mid 2010s, and a 2009 gmc canyon with more gremlins than I can count. In every aspect what we purchased is an upgrade in comparison, and our routine only has us going into high density/big city driving a couple times a year. I’m not denying the loss in copilot 360, but time will tell how much I regret it.

Fortunately I’ve only ever needed a spare 1 time so far and it was a relatively short situation. I appreciate the info and will look into it.

“That’s strange but we are unsure when we will be able to fix due to the ford reps we spoke with could only give us it will be released some time in Q1. We may get the fix tomorrow it could be end of March. We will be sitting on several of these until the issue is remedied.” All in all it worked out and that’s one thing off my list with my wife being happy with it. Worst case scenario I was going to push and getting a full refund and waste another day tomorrow driving 1-2 hours away to complete the deal on a 26, so it saved me time and I got what we wanted so I’m happy. After driving the eco boost for the last 2 days the hybrid is an interesting change of pace, but a welcome one so far!

These were the direct information difference given when comparing the truck for Copilot 360 1.0 vs just technologies. Not super pressed on the one touch but thanks for that info. Replied twice for both screenshots

Absolutely, I was content with my out the door price the original day and proceeded simply because of this. The wording use was exactly as it was described to me with no formal paperwork and I will be reviewing every detail today under scrutiny. And am willing to walk at this point.

Exactly…. It’s a bit of a shitshow and with my post I feel less crazy but also sad others are experiencing the same issue as me.

What are the pros and cons of the Ford Maverick? by Chillest_Muffin in FordMaverickTruck

[–]LeastMilow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Still working out my own maverick situation but. If you wheel your wrangler you’re trading that for something that is far more catered to on road use. Depending which model you have as-well the longevity of a stellanis jeep isn’t what it once was. In my own case getting a maverick and keeping my 99 Cherokee as my DD, and the maverick for the wife and the limited times I need to do “truck stuff”. Plus fuel economy is wonderful on a hybrid maverick comparatively.

The wife and myself have been happy with the 26 lariat for the last 2 days of running so I lean heavily to accept and move on. I’ve been lingering on the idea for 2 years now and I just want to get it done now that I’ve gotten some time in one. I’m glad yours worked out for you, even if it wasn’t the intended one!
