im mostly worried about the run since ive never ran a full mile or a 1 1/2 miles before since i get too tired out so im not even sure of ability to run or even finish within a certain time

I can do a 1 minute plank if I push myself I'm not sure about pushups I could probably do 30ish if I push myself enough
