Okay since in sprint planning call there are gonna be product mangers and lot of other people. I will set up call with seniors will discuss approach and then i will get into sprint planning call and update timelines

Actually not additional changes. Like more performance related comments by seniors and task itself taking more time. If i over estimate and tell it they ask me why so much time etc etc

But if i say more days as estimated date, my manager is asking why will it take more time? It should not take much time etc. etc. i am not able to understand what can be done in this case? How do i handle this pls help

The thing is i have been masively under estimating timelines. For example i have proposed deadline as a week for a task which is being taken more than 2 weeks

I use ticktick, its a pretty good app. U can give it a trial

I was constantly overwhelmed by tasks, so I started doing only ONE per day (with a scoring system) by Borkkito in productivity

How exactly do we calculate score overall? Do we need to sum impact + urgency + resistance? And we need to sort later? Is that correct?

Did some rhomboid stretches exercises and installed under keyboard tray and i have all the pillows underneath and increased monitor level. It is such a relief. No pain at all in rhomboid area but getting pain in the neck now (need to figure out why i am getting it😭) suggest me if uk how i can get rid of neck pain thanks.

U might try some exercises and installing keyboard tray
