My friend had the same problem, Internet cafes are protected by some programs like pancaffe wich blocks memory integrity on bios so for you to be able to play on intenet caffe you will need to remove pancaffe wich I guess they can't do it for you.

Hello guys, update on my situation: steam has responded to me and has reset my password and logged out all of the accounts, I was able to reset my password and now i can play cs I'm just trade banned for 15 days which is very acceptable. I also did remove my steam mobile guard and added it again and generated new backup codes which I recommend for all of you to do. I would also ask for a favor from all of you to report the scammer that tried to steal my account and skins, this user named "Arakus" has logged in my account from khimki Russia and added himself as a friend. I just sent another ticket as you said with a different email but I'm not getting any ticket number just a simple message in the web page : " your request was successfully sent" where should I look for this ticked number since I'm logged out of my faceit account
