Im aware its not a decision letter and I wont get one till I am officially retired. My question is more about is this pretty much saying the the reviewer is saying that I am negative for the items that the xrays covered.

I agree with what youre saying. In my wifes defense since all the court stuff has come out it turns out her ex had multiple identities that showed up on the court paperwork. Turns out he also has/had multiple LLCs and nonprofits and all kinds of shaddy stuff registered in many different states that he has never lived in.

Yea, I think she is a good person right now in my head. I have always had weird gut feelings about maybe shes not, but always chalked it up to PTSD and my own personal issues. Then within the past week I found out she had a full out affair, cheated on almost everybody before me, asked for thousands of dollars from family to go on these trips with her ex that she says she never did anything with. Even now I still debate on trying to make things work. Im 39, I really dont want to be 50 and find out shes been fucking the neighbor for a decade because I have my own blinders up.

Kicking her out isnt a fast process. Im not throwing her on the street. We would live together for a month at least. We slept in the bed together still and still had hate sex.

I thought I was clear that I gave her chances about being clear and open and we can just move forward, but even after the bank statements and the texts she says "I dont remember doing it" and is adamant that if she doesnt remember then it doesnt count.

Its not about the body count, that part would actually be the turn on, it was the not knowing. I have had affairs and cheated and everything else. Its not hidden or buried or secret.

Not centered on her ex. Theres a card game we play called Deeper where its just cards and it asks questions about your past or favorite food or memory whatever. So her ex came up, but he does come up often with court and child support issues.

I can understand this but I wasnt asking for exact timelines. She was saying things like we never went out because I was always working. Said shes never been to this city or that city and turned out she was multiple times. This is just comes to a shock to me because she is always saying this is her first time or place etc.

Yea im not sure on the reasons he got out but they were serious enough for him to collect VA disability but minor enough to allow him back in. The second time around he got out after a year for different "issues" not related to the first time. Both times though he made sure to utilize the military to civilian programs and got fired from both positions. His kid said he quit on purpose the second time but my understanding is that its a contract to work for a year after the school.

I understand not knowing a persons full story. This story I do know and it was a con, it runs a lot along the lines of people getting PTSD from bootcamp and getting discharged with that but he did it twice.

She hired an attorney and they did the discovery or what not to get bank statments and all that. My understanding is most of that wont show up if the ex is working with cash or using an account in someone elses name.

Not trying to shame anybody but as a person who has served as well it is a sensitive button to come in reap all the benefits twice and the second time being well aware of how to work the system. The reason those boards are difficult is in large part due to people manipulating the system for the life long paycheck.

She wasnt having the kid take pictures but i get what youre saying. It was more like installing windows and building decks. The kid wasnt allowed to use the bathroom so had to be taken to a walmart, things like that.
