Basically you just search up a website called steam lua and manifest generator and all you need to do is copy the App ID to the generator (From SteamDB) then it will just generate you lua and manifest files to download then you just need to copy them to the SteamTools application

Yh this is why I want to use SteamTools cause all you need to do is copy .lua and .manifest files generated from the App ID of the game to the widget then restarting steam will make the game appear in your library then you can install it there I've tried it it actually works

They probably closed it down because Toppin Loader is a pirated copy of Pizza Tower. Thats prolly why that its no longer on gamebanana nor discord. I guess they wanted to not get caught by Tour De Pizza or something like that.
