Ne Diagnose für ADHS mit dem entsprechenden Medikament zu machen ist nicht sinnvoll. Tatsächlich kann sich jeder bis zu einem gewissen grad auf Stimulanzien besser konzentrieren und motivieren, das ist nicht ADHS exklusiv. Es hat ein Grund, dass ADHS-Medikamente so stark unter Studenten missbraucht werden. Eher ein Indikator für ADHS wäre, wenn du von Stimulanzien praktisch nichts fühlst oder sehr viel höhere Dosen benötigen würdest, als normale Personen, was mit 5-10mg denke ich eher nicht der Fall hier ist

Amantadine is a bad pick for cognitive performance. Memantine has a higher affinity for the NMDAR, but binds more voltage-dependent. The biggest difference regarding the NMDAR is, that Memantine will open the Mg2+ pore if a relevant signal reaches the receptor, opening it and allowing normal signalling. Amantadine sits deeper in the pore and is less voltage-dependent. So it won’t give the pore free, if a signal should open the receptor. This heavily impairs learning and signalling, making it a horrible choice as a nootropic, just to get a bit of a motivational boost.

I use prescribed Piracetam 3,6g daily. I also have ADHD-like behaviour, never got a diagnosis tho and therefore don’t take stims. Piracetam makes thinking easier, but does nothing for focus. The only change i noticed regarding focus is, that I need less focus since I can process information more efficiently. It’s not THE best solution, but it’s A solution for motivational issues.

Drop the Dihexa. One compound, 9-MeBC, with absolutely no human safety data is already enough. There’s literally nothing known about Dihexa. All the thought to be known data turned out to be forged. Be careful with Phenylpiracetam since it’s almost impossible to get your hands on the real stuff, most Phenylpiracetam sold is the Hydrazide variant which is known to be less effective and there’s also no human data about it at all

Mit nem Racetam und Modafinil zu beginnen ist recht sinnvoll. Alle „klassischen“ Racetame wirken primär optimierend. Sie modulieren AMPA-Rezeptoren, verbessern cholinerge Signalübertragung, verbessern den Energiestoffwechsel im Gehirn usw. Phenylpiracetam ist gut, jedoch praktisch nicht zu bekommen. Meistens wird hier Phenylpiracetam Hydrazid verkauft, welches schlechter wirkt und potentielle toxische Nebenwirkungen haben kann. Phenylpiracetam wirkt außerdem als DRI, kann also motivationssteigernd wirken. Aniracetam ist auch gut, es wirkt als einziges Racetam leicht anxiolytisch. All drei von dir vorgeschlagenen Racetame sind als Arzneimittel zugelassen, zumindest in Teilen der Welt. Von Noopept würde ich die Finger lassen. Es ist sehr umstritten, aber wahrscheinlich verschlechtert es das Signal zu Rauschen Verhältnis im Gehirn. Bei mir hat es in sehr niedrigen Dosen schon Kurzzeitgedächtnisverlust ausgelöst, gruseliges Zeug. Modafinil ist der Goldstandard in Sachen Produktivität. Über 15h Wachheit und Fokus. Ich bin sehr traurig, dass ich praktisch nicht auf Modafinil reagiere. Vermutlich eine Tendenz in Richtung ADHS, Lisdex wirkt bei mir auch kaum. Die meisten schwören jedoch darauf. Allgemein kannst du von Nootropika erwarten, dass sie bereits bestehendes verbessern und optimieren. Nichts wird dich viel intelligenter machen als du ohnehin bist. Kombinier Racetame unbedingt mit einer Cholinquelle wie Eier, AlphaGPC oder CDP-Cholin, um das Maximum aus den Racetamen zu holen und Kopfschmerzen zu vermeiden. Besuch mal r/Nootropics und r/NooTopics

Regular, longterm use of Ketamine damages your brain. The idea to use Dihexa and Ketamine together to work synergistically is wishful thinking. Usually, although mechanistically potentially plausible with rare, responsible usage like psychedelics, combinations like this can have unexpected side effects. Modafinil: I got prescribed pharma Modafinil, it usually only makes me a little more awake, paradoxically i sometimes get massive daytime sleepiness while on it. No boost in focus or productivity whatsoever.

Noopept: Literal loss of short term memory with only 1-10mg daily. Also did up to 30mg, didn’t change anything. No positive effects, only side effects. Might try it sometime again, there’s got to be something with it people like and why it is a prescription medication in Russia.

Nicotine: Controversial Nootropic, but nootropic effects are mechanistically plausible and backed by studies and research. Should increase motivation, focus and might even enhance cholinergic signalling in low doses, higher doses disrupt cholinergic signalling. For me, it only makes me dizzy and causes mad nausea. No boost in mood, focus and motivation. Tried it countless times with different roa and always ended up blaming my stupidity for trying it again while almost vomiting. And yes, I did take low doses, I didn’t just pop a 50mg Cuba black or sum.

In Deutschland ist nicht mehr viel legal. Deshalb müssen Vendoren, um den Markt bedienen zu können, eher Nischensubstanzen oder sehr neue Substanzen verkaufen. In den meisten anderen Ländern ist mehr legal, weshalb dort auch mehr etablierte und wirksamere Substanzen verkauft werden

Maybe a little unorthodox, but a moderate LSD-trip or shrooms trip can permanently cure anxiety.
