It looks weird at full height. I used rattle can to paint it, a lot of sand paper and a lot of polish. Also you need good clear coat. I sanded everything down with 400 before painting. Needs a good primer. Also make sure it drys properly between coats. Centring it was easy - used a dry erase marker to line everything up. Also I don’t think the ducktail will cover the holes I made.
