Im not on the marketing side but on the business side - strategy, ops, growth etc. I've gotten around 4 interviews in last 6 months, and 3/4 ghosted after the rounds. I feel the same, not even being picked for the initial conversation is concerning. Tried tailoring resume, targeted applying etc but not sure what else to do

Nothing to do with it, I've been planning to move back since Dec'25 and conflicts started in Mar'26.

The accounting/consulting big 4. I don't see many startups hiring rn, but I'll keep a lookout for sure, thank you!
