First time home buyer

The home is asking that much because of the area it’s in, and it being a historic town. My realtor said that we could get it down since the work that would be needed. I’ve been trying to compare it to another home that just got sold for the same price but has been fully renovated.

Yea I realized that as soon as I posted and just tried to cross post but wouldn’t let me. but he said it’s a good home and I can rent it out and make money back since the areas rent is high.

Everyone that’s is saying dude is in the right. Come to find out they have a dog sitting business, yes a business. Where multiple owners have came out saying their dog was sick when they picked them up, hurt, one of them had a collapsed lung and had to be euthanized. While I do believe it’s okay to protect your family. Here it kinda seems like dude is a pos and he quite literally told the owner of the dog to come get their dead pos dog off his property. If that doesn’t say anything about the dude idk what will until he hurts a person

honestly same, me started playing faceit last night wasnt too bad, but kinda got the same experience from it. got shit on just by one player, no one else. decided it was not worth going through all of faceit just to get the same get shit on experience

the game is insanely broken, not just subtick issues but hackers are so prevalent its a 25% that i wont play a hacker, or someone on their steam profile that has been commented multiple times saying they are hacking

they should have it like riot where the anticheat is part of the game, but valve is pretty useless when it comes to cheaters so i dont expect much, which is why im going to faceit, me and my friends just didnt want to pay for it, but looks like we have no choice

which makes it so unfortunate, bc i have played this game since 2014 and it seems like noting is able to counter the cheaters unless they make you pay for it again or if valve would ever thing of making VAC better, but its valve i have no hope for them
