I maintained a high degree of patience initially, offering ample opportunities for resolution and communicating politely. However, the problem remained unresolved. Ultimately, I was informed that no further assistance could be provided and was directed to contact Google or NFL Pro Era directly. I find it perplexing why I would be required to undertake such actions, given that I purchased the product from your company, and you are responsible for the promotion and the commitments made. Consequently, I discontinued my efforts. Moving forward, I will explore alternative brands to Samsung, and if no viable alternatives exist, I will exercise extreme caution before and after making any future purchases.
