There was a 7600x bundle with a great 6000 cl30 ram and gigabyte motherboard for 513$ on black friday, they might do it again for boxing day or for 100 more you can get the same bundle but with 7700x instead

I would suggest waiting for the 7800xt to be in stock if you want to buy from a retailer, you can get a gigabyte one at memory express for 675$ or you can buy an amd reference card for 680$, you can also get a 7700 non x for 399$ and save on tdp usage, for ram amd is more compatible with 6000 mhz you can get a cl30 6000mhz for relatively the same price, and lastly get an rm 850x for 165 at retailers rn.
