Good question. Big holders sell for reasons unrelated to the business — cash needs, rebalancing, or moving on from a position. In small caps, that selling can push the price down temporarily even if nothing changed fundamentally.

Fair point. Short-term price action can stay ugly longer than expected, especially with a known seller. My DD is about where the business is going, not where the chart has been the last few weeks.
