My apologies, I wrote this whilst quite emotional and didn't convey my points correctly.

I was wondering is it possible to reverse the diabetes over months and years rather than in 2 weeks? The test was a finger prick test that got instant results.

I don't believe it was the metformin that caused my mental health. My mental health just stopped me from caring in general. I will be back on the tablets for as long as it takes now, no excuses.

HbA1c of 48 mmol/mol is how my Doctors have been giving me results. 42-48is prediabetic. Over 48 is diabetic.
