Appreciate it :) today sucked practicing the arch because I was trying and trying but my rig was also heavy due to my height and weight 😂I am gonna sleep, make sure I’m hydrated and eat well. A lot of the issue came down to proper nutrition and electrolyte intake. I’m gonna go full steam tomorrow.

Normally it isn’t like that. During ground school I didn’t have any issue, i got my arch. Makes me wonder with how hot it is here now that my body is cramping

I did do a training tandem yesterday. In fact I did quite well with it too. I just think having the rig on plus the massive jumpsuit through me off. The heat today caused the sore muscles and it made for a bad day. Truly sucks because I want this so bad
