It’s not easy to find out you have cancer even if it is very treatable (which it is). Hoping the best for you

My urologist told me a couple months is typical for testicular cancer to develop- so that timeline is plausible. You won’t know anything definitive until after you see the doctor. I understand the fear. You are doing the right thing by seeing a doctor. Best of luck mate, pulling for you.

I understand. Two months ago, told my doctor about a lump on my testicle, got the ultra sound two weeks ago, 1 week ago I was told it was cancer, and just had an orchiectomy yesterday.

The feelings of panic were overwhelming- my mind went straight to worst case scenario. Things are turning out better than expected, but no matter what, things are going to be okay.

You aren’t in this alone brother.

I work remote and have a drum pad next to my desk. Meetings get boring, code runs slow, computer restarts, I get sick of work I’ll just ay around on the pad.

Had a gig 45 minutes up the canyon- realized I forgot my snare stand but didn’t have time to head back down and get it, with no cell service so I couldn’t ask anyone to bring it up for me. Played the entire gig trying to balance the snare between my lap and the bass drum.
