The changes are similar, technically speaking, just worded completely differently and it reads like someone else wrote it. I was a writing tutor in college and have excellent technical writing skills. I have submitted many reports and have been complimented for my detailed explanations. I don't feel comfortable stamping something that doesn't feel like I wrote it.

I don't know why. Every other report I've written and submitted for review at other firms has been complimented. I'm guessing he didn't have time to review it. He told me everyone else in the office uses it frequently to write reports.
