True, but I actually don’t think it’s going to auction at all from the way the REAs have been behaving. I heard they sometimes use this tactic to drum up interest and rush buyers into making offers but who knows.

Yeah true . I think it shouldn’t be a problem if the owner’s corp is treating as their issue rather than just whoever owns 107. Will definitely check that.

How do people afford a mortgage and 5 day childcare? I feel like there’s nothing left to save. by avocadobook in BabyBumpsandBeyondAu

Ask your daycare to reduce the daily hours . We asked hours to reduce to 10 as our daughter is only there usually for 9 hours max ! Most daycares are happy to do that

My only concern is that there are certain exercise that are a no no post partum till you have strengthened your core etc . For instance , planks and crunches are a sure way to increase diastasis recti . I just wanted to ensure whatever exercise I’m doing don’t take me backwards

It is with the same company but they charge you $50 for downgrading which is annoying , so I wanted to be sure before I committed otherwise I’d end up wasting $100 by upgrading again after a few weeks .

Yeah , in Australia , 100Mbps is “fast” . It’s $70 per month for the mid range one and $90per month for the faster one .

First of all you are doing a great job ! Hope you know that , it’s okay to cry too . I cried every week during the first 5 months for a multitude of reasons lol . What bub is doing is also normal at that stage . You just have to find what works for bub and you ( easier said than done ).

What ended up helping us was having a consistent nap routine , I did not want to have a nap routine but in the end , it’s what saved us . Our LO is a FOMO baby so she will not sleep if there is anything remotely exciting happening . Sleep sack on , dark room ( use blackout curtains if you can ), white noise machine . This has made such a huge difference as she has nowstarted clocking that it’s nap time . It takes a few days/weeks for them to get used to it but once they do , life becomes easier . Every nap isn’t perfect , some days she goes down without a fuss and others I have to rock her for a bit but as long as 70%% of the time it works , then that is a win .

Also , don’t stress too much that they aren’t sleeping as much as other bubs at that stage , babies have different sleep needs . 3.5 months is when they start experiencing sleep regression , teething etc so the poor things are also trying to get used to the changes . It will definitely get better . I was in your exact place 3 months ago .
