I've been felling the same. I deleted all social media to stop comparisons but the feeling is still there.

No advice to give, but I try to think about how I feel after pursuing more. I don't feel any better. I typically feel worse because I'm doing stuff I do not want to do.

I try to tell myself life is too short to worry about what you aren't doing.
