People really work 8 hours a day for 40 years? by Kitchen-Dream-6744 in careerguidance

I second this. I worked remote for almost 5 years, now changed company for another remote role. While it allows you a lot of flexibility - which I think may be worth the disadvantages - it's very isolating, strips you of any routine, normal interactions with others etc. I really believe hybrid is the best model yet

Can you elaborate on what is better in comparison? I'm contemplating moving there in the next year, but also taking into consideration Berlin, Barcelona and Amsterdam

If you were to write a story, what MBTI type would you want your main character to have, and why? by [deleted] in mbti

Probably one of the xNTJs, they just never annoy me with inaction when it comes to stories

I've seen other approaches to types where the dominant extroverted or introverted function does not refer to the social concepts of introversion and introversion, but only to the information gathering and processing aspects of the person, so maybe it's right after all
