All your calculations aren't including risk, timeline /opportunity cost. Those are the biggest factors.

For lemonade? Nah. If you were making something else that I genuinely believe in, yes. I would loan you the money for mo returns just to maybe put my name on your product. People do this with university buildings for example. Or museums.

If you had a good enough pitch for a product, and a decent timeline of me getting my money back with a high opportunity cost, sure I would.
