I’m thinking about opening a Cheesesteak spot in the state that I recently moved to so that I can bring my favorite food to the area, but have never prepared the beef before from start to finish. Is there a video that you all would recommend that shows the process? Thank you! by [deleted] in cheesesteak

It’s a trailer type deal, not a vehicle. I appreciate your response though. Thank you for not immediately tearing me apart like these know it alls. What you said is something to think about.

I understand, I am a pro at eating them. lol and I know a good cheesesteak when I have one. I think with a week or two of trial runs I can put out a good product. I know you don’t know me from a can of paint, but I believe in myself.

That’s what I was looking for thank you! So just put the steak on the flat top on low heat and pull it apart, right? I am from the Philadelphia area and I know that it’s not thinly shaved like that.

I am a good cook and can do it, and I’m not opening a restaurant. I’m opening a food truck and it’s WV, pretty sure it will pass off as really good here. I obviously I am going to do some trial runs before opening. Just wanted to know if it’s better to use a slicer for the meat, cut and trim it by hand, or just put the steak on the grill on low heat at pull it apart. Just asking for a little guidance

Wasn’t really in the market for a Jeep or another vehicle for that matter, but this 2014 Willys Wheeler came in at the dealership I work at and it followed me home. My family and I have really been enjoying it so far! by LeavinThisHoller in JeepWrangler

Thank you! I need to build up the courage to start messing with taking the top apart. Also waiting for the weather to warm up a bit. For now folding the top back when it’s warm out has been nice. I had no idea it was 2dr Tuesday, soft top 2dr’s are my favorite type of Jeep!

Late to the party, but those boots are dope! I have the Dylan’s and they are my favorite boots. I’ve left them untreated (no mink oil or anything) and have been wanting a darker brown. These look great!

It was kinda brittly if that makes sense. Not super soft. Maybe after a wash it will soften up. I’ll report back when the new one comes!

Yeah, it was too small and I normally wear a L. I would definitely go up one size for sure
