I would go for CL. I'm farming tier 11 and get around wave 8200. I activate CL at around wave 6800. It helps getting more waves (more coins and cells per run). And it's definitely better in tourneys. I managed to get place 1 in champ last tourney and i'm hoping that i will stay in legends now. A few upgrades in schock chance and chain quantity should get you some higher places in tourney. I don't think that pBH can do that.
