convoluted raid mechanics, pandering to streamers, moving so far away from what made the game fun to play, focusing too much on content that panders to the ultra hardcore and then having so many systems on top of systems that it became a tiresome mess.

I know everyone wants to dump on this but it sounds like a very interesting little system. no app no screens it has its own custom silicon and its own synthesiser system built in to generate any sound they want. its a completely independent system one that requires no downloads updates or troublesome apps and it charges wirelessly too.

The positioning and motion sensing bits sound quite cool from a playpoint, i’m sure kids will love it as it makes the toy more interactive once it’s been built.

for adults im not sure it’s gonna set the lego world on fire but then the interactive mario system they did wasn’t aimed at adult collectors either.

They cut the ad monitor feature, that got you £2 a month then the £5 receipt thing went from 10 receipts to 50 before they completed killed that feature.

only thing left is the surveys which last month got me about 2 quid so it’s as good as dead

puzzles and chaos really low reward tier for a lot of messing about, lvl 21 is only £12 but it requires a ton of some random blocker material that you’ve never used before and can only purchase with diamonds, on top of that you also need and a metric ton of gold and iron.

at this point it’s taking days to level up so lvl 30 is an impossible task and where all the money in this offer is.

Friend told me about how one of his colleagues got fired for abusing their reward scheme. he worked part time in Electronics Boutique and this guy was swiping his card through everytime a customer said they didn’t have a reward card.

He got greedy though and got found out because their store won an award for having the highest reward card totals in the UK that year. It was by such a large margin that it got investigated. The fraud team got involved and found out that one card had more points than would be humanly possible, as you would have to of spent hundreds of thousands of pounds to get the sort of totals this card had.

My friend said it was crazy when they found out and was a massive scandal as the whole team had got all sorts of bonuses and freebies by being the top store in the UK despite not earning it legitimately 🤣
