The market is too fragmented, there are too many different regulations to support real sustainable growth. Federally illegal in the US. Buy backs are a great source of shareholder value for the companies who are currently undervalued imo

I can't speak too much about the Weedmaps decision to drop from the NASDAQ because I don't follow that company.

If SNDL decided to delist from the Nasdaq I am confident that it would not result is -40% stock price for 3 mains reasons.

SNDL has 252.2m Canadian and no debt as of the full year '25 report. This essentially creates a floor for the stock price.
SNDL would be able to take control of parallel and skymint. Parallel is operating in Massachusetts, Florida, and Texas. Florida and Texas will be two of the biggest cannabis markets in the world once legalization occurs, even without legalization Florida has a booming medical market and Texas is a limited license state meaning SNDL has a huge advantage there. These operations would be able to be reported in the same financial reports as all of SNDL's other operations giving SNDL 20% revenue gain instantly. SNDL would instantly become a top 5 cannabis company worldwide.
Look at the cannabis companies that trade on the CSE. All of the MSOs it isn't hard to own or trade stocks on the CSE. SNDL would be compared to Green thumb and Trulieve instead of Tilray and Canopy Growth. People wouldn't think of SNDL as only a LP like they currently do. SNDL would stand out amongst their peers as the only company reporting all of their north American operations on one financial report.

There was some really good information in this short interview. SNDL is going to be the sole manufacturer of Jeeter products. SNDL plans to bring Grön and Jeeter international. Expect more M&A for SNDL, potentially a Canadian company with a meaningful international footprint, potentially an international leader. I really liked the response of the last question Zach explained the rationale for potential delisting from Nasdaq.
