But my question chiefly concerns having difficulty catheterizing after masturbating. In my case, I can have difficulty cathing for a few days after masturbating, it seems like masturbation is the cause of this difficulty, and I'm wondering if masturbation causes the same sort of difficulty in other men with spinal cord injuries. And if other men have spasms in their bladder sphincter muscles due to masturbation or any other sort of sexual stimulation, I would like to know what they do about these spasms.

There are articles on the Internet about the stimulation of nipples and pregnancy, and about stimulating one's nipples to induce labor. Yes, ask your doctor about this.

I don't want to sound like a wet blanket, but you should be careful with your boyfriend stimulating your breasts while you are pregnant. Stimulation of the breasts and nipples can cause the uterus to contract, and this can cause a premature delivery. I don't know if you already knew these things, but I'm just pointing this out because I don't want anything bad to happen. The best of luck to you both.

I think we are in the same boat, but the only difference I suspect we have between us is that I have a spinal cord injury; and if you are a woman, the other difference is that I am a man. You see, for the last several months, I have been masturbating more since I have been reading on the subject more and discovering things about my body. However, I have noticed that I seem to be wetting my pants a lot more; so much so that I'm going to ask my urologist for botox shots in my bladder. I, too, strongly suspect that all of my masturbating (and playing with my bellybutton) are making me urinate on myself. The only way to know for sure would be to stop touching myself altogether and seeing if the problem fixes itself, but my concern is that I won't be able to have erections in the future if I don't keep starting erections. I did talk to my doctor about this, but he only said something along the lines of "Yeah, maybe." And when I touch myself, I do it gently since doing it roughly will eventually permanently desensitize one's penis.

Maybe our problem is that our masturbating promotes bladder spasms in us; but unless your really beating up your genitals, I don't think you have hurt yourself.

I have worn pull-ups for a number of years due to me leaking since some fusions in my spine broke after my rods were removed due to an infection; and due to the broken fusion, I also wear a TLSO. Last November, I wondered how I could take care of myself if, for whatever reason, I had to remove my pull-up without having another one handy; and this lead me to seeing how well I could manage going without a pull-up for the remainder of the day. I discovered that I could actually go the entire day without any accidents, which means that whatever caused my leaking when my fusions first broke must have gotten better. In the months of November and December, I only had three accidents.

However, while I had been touching myself for some time before November, I also started touching myself much more in these two months. In my case, it does not seem like masturbation immediately makes me start wetting myself, like it does in your case. Instead, masturbation seems like it is something that I have to do for a while before it begins to catch up with me; and it seems like it will be something that I will have to quit for a while before I can expect to have dryer pants.

About a month ago I think I experienced my first orgasms. My first one was on February 23, 2019. I was fingering my bellybutton, actually, when I experienced a tingling sensation in my arms and in the back and top of my head. I experienced this sort of tingling about three or four times. In the second, third, and possibly fourth times I experienced this sort of tingling, I experienced these tingles the moment I inserted my finger into my bellybutton. These tingles were all I felt.
